On Wednesday (Feb 1) morning, Father Paul celebrated Mass at St. Patrick Catholic School. We had parishioners who attended mass to see Father Paul to include Matt Louth, Laura McDermott, John Prince, and Leanne Besachio. In addition there were 70 students and 6 faculty/staff members in attendance who are parishioners. Two of those students served as altar servers for Father during mass.
St. Patrick posted the following statement and pictures on their Facebook Page later that day:
“We celebrated Mass this morning with Father Paul Muyimbwa from Sacred Heart. Wolfhounds big and small brought so many canned goods that they filled the front of the stage. What a wonderful expression of love at our Catholic Schools Week Mass. Students loved hearing Father talk about growing up in Uganda and his message that Jesus calls us to LOVE one another.”
